维护维修方便,属于换热设计首选;管壳式换热器为间壁式换热器使用较多的种类;换热管16mn无缝钢管属于其较重要的部件;现有技术中换热管16mn钢管有光管和带有换热翅片的结构;换热翅片的目的主要是增加换热面积,提高换热效率;现有技术的换热翅片较多的采用设置于换热管16mn钢管体外表面的环形结构;为了制作方便,出现了螺旋结构的散热翅片,但由于为了不改变传统的翅片结构,导程较小,结构上与环形翅片类似;虽然上述结构的翅片增加了换热积,但是由于换热翅片之间间隙较小,流体会在换热翅片之间形成滞留,并且长期存在杂物也会沉积于此,对换热管16mn钢管体形成腐蚀,并且影响换热效率。需要对带有翅片的换热管16mn钢管进行改造,消除由于结构上的缺陷导致的流体滞留区,避免对换热管16mn钢管体形成电化腐蚀,并且提高换热效率,保证换热管16mn钢管的长周期使用,且利于维护和维修。空气预热器是工业锅炉的重要组成部分,工业锅炉中利用空气预热器回收锅炉尾部烟气的余热来预热空气或煤气以提高理论燃烧温度,提高热效率,以达到节能降耗之目的现有的空气预热器大多为管式预热器,其包括基管和间隔设置在基管外周面上的多片环形翅片。上述结构的换热管16mn钢管,当回收锅炉尾部烟气沿换热管16mn钢管流动时,烟气中的灰尘易积聚在环形翅片与基管连接处,另外,环形翅片采用普通电焊的方式焊接在基管上,环形翅片与基管的交接处因有焊渣、焊瘤及气孔,同样也会加重灰尘的积聚。由于多片环形翅片在轴向方向形成一个呈圆柱状的空间,此空间内烟气不易沿轴向流动,积聚在环形翅片与基管连接处的灰尘无法随烟气气流流动,导致了灰尘积聚的加重。灰尘积聚不但降低了换热效率,而且长时间运行会造成预热器堵塞,从而使引风机阻力增大,降低了锅炉出力,甚至造成锅炉被迫停炉。同时位于锅炉尾部的空气预热器,通常是含有水蒸气和硫酸蒸汽的低温烟气区域,工作条件比较恶劣,容易出现低温腐蚀,会造成空气预热器换热管16mn钢管损坏,造成严重漏风,引起燃烧工况恶化。提供一种不易积聚灰尘的空气预热器换热管16mn钢管。为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型包括基管和多片沿基管轴向间隔固接在基管外表面的翅片,其结构特点是每片翅片上开设有过气缝,所述过气缝在翅片上沿基管的径向向内延伸至基管的外表面;所述多片翅片的过气缝在轴向方向对应设置。本实用新型通过设置过气缝,可有效利用烟气的流动对积灰进行冲刷,由于过气缝的设置,还可使通过过气缝的沿其具有较高的流速,而基管均顺序排列,阻力小,磨损小。通过此种结构,可有效的利用流动空间,
